"Easy Points Redemption"
Redeeming my points was easy overall. I did have to wait a little while, which was slightly annoying, but I was just looking around and thinking about what else I needed to do that day. The staff ended up helping me out and got everything sorted, so it was a decent experience.

"Really nice staff, but a few things could be better"
The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome, which I really appreciated. That said, the overall experience wasn’t perfect, there were a couple of small things that felt a bit unorganized. Still, the nice attitude from the team definitely helped

"Bathrooms were surprisingly clean"
The bathrooms were actually clean, which was a nice surprise. No weird smells or anything gross going on. bringing extra wipes felt unnecessary

"Fun laps, but the wait was a bit much"
Had a good time overall... the laps were really fun once we finally got going, but the wait felt a little long. Still enjoyed it, just wish things moved a bit faster.

We had a fun time overall, but the customer service was hit or miss. One employee was super quick and helpful, which I appreciated, but another acted annoyed when we asked a simple question. It didn’t ruin the experience, but staff should be held to the same standard when it comes to treating customers with basic patience and respect. Not a terrible visit, just something management should actually address.

"Plenty to keep everyone busy"
Took my kids to Scene75 there was more than enough to do. They had a huge mix of arcade games, and it wasn’t just stuff for little kids either, which I appreciated. A few machines had people on them, but that’s kind of expected at a place like this, and there was always another game open nearby. We ended up staying longer than we meant to because everyone kept spotting something else they wanted to try. If you’re looking for a place where the kids won’t get bored after 20 minutes, this is a solid choice.

"Hours were accurate"
I checked the hours here before going, and they matched up when we arrived. Compared to some other listings I’ve used that ended up being outdated, this one was actually right, which made things easy.

"Kids Had a Blast"
There was so much to do here. We played arcade games, rode go karts, did mini golf, and finished with laser tag. The kids were having so much fun they didn’t want to leave. If they ever cut back on the activities, we’d probably take our family outings somewhere else, but for now this place is a big win for us.

"Fun for a while, but kind of frustrating"
The bumper cars were fun for a bit, but the wait felt way longer than it should have. A few of the cars also didn’t turn very well, which made it less enjoyable. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask about the wait, which was annoying and didn’t really help anything.

"So Many Games, We Lost Track of Time"
I went with my kids i blame myself for thinking we’d just pop in for a quick visit. There were so many arcade games everywhere, both old-school ones and newer games, that we barely knew where to start. We ended up spending hours there and still didn’t get around to trying everything.

"Fun mini golf, but way too much waiting"
Took my family to Scene75 for mini golf, and overall it was okay. The course had some fun parts and a few cool little spots, but you can definitely tell some areas are getting a bit worn down. The biggest thing was how crowded it was. We kept having to stand around and wait between holes, which basically turned the whole thing into a forced patience exercise. The staff was nice when we had a question, so no complaints there. It’s not a bad way to kill a couple hours, but I probably wouldn’t go back just for mini golf unless it was way less busy.

We had our work group event at Scene75, and overall it went really well. The staff did a nice job helping keep everyone organized, which made things a lot easier. There were a couple of small moments where things felt a little busy, but nothing that really took away from the experience. Everyone seemed to have a good time, and we didn’t spend too much time waiting around.

"deals were nice, but i still overspent"
the promos definitely helped bring the total down a bit, but i still ended up spending more than i planned. not a bad experience, just wish it had been a little easier to stay on budget.

"Handled the issue really well"
We had a small issue during our visit, and I was frustrated at first. It was busy around the place, and I wasn’t sure anyone would actually take the time to help. But the manager came over, listened to what happened, and got it sorted without making it feel like a big deal. That really turned the visit around for us. We left happy and would definitely go back.

"Food was surprisingly quick"
We stopped to grab food between games and, shockingly, it actually came out really fast. The line moved well too, even though it was busy enough that I was fully expecting the usual slow-motion experience. The kids didn’t even have time to start complaining for once, which was a nice little miracle. Overall, good experience

The food was really good. We got pizza and fries, and they both came out hot... and not greasy, which was a nice surprise. The kids liked it too. For an arcade place, I was actually impressed.

Took my kids to Scene75 we had a really good time. I do not have the patience for places where everyone is bored after ten minutes or we’re running all over the place trying to find something to do, but this was surprisingly easy. There was plenty for different ages, so everyone stayed busy, and even though it was crowded, it didn’t feel impossible to keep the group together. The staff was nice too, which definitely helped. We’ll definitely go back

"Laser tag night done right"
Went to scene75 with a few friends for laser tag, it was a solid choice. The arena was a good size, the games moved along fast, and we didn’t spend a bunch of time waiting around. The staff was chill and got us set up quickly. We only planned on playing a couple rounds but ended up going back for more. Definitely would go again
